I wish I had half decent (non-bitten) nails so I could give them this weird ink stained look.

ASYMMETRIC

I am absolutely infatuated with the asymmetric dresses and tunics that 3.1 Phillip Lim showed for fall 2010. I have the top shop version, I know the picture above is from a street style blog but I cant for the life of me remember which. But yes, I have the simple jersey version and its brilliant. It looks real strange and feels a bit crazy swooshing up against one leg and its lends itself to a witchy bohemian way of looking which I'm all for. The sheer nude tunic though would just be perfect, thrown over whatever shirt and shorts you got or over a white bandage dress and then over it any number of layers, jumpers, cardigans, more shirts and then finally topping off with a fur coat so it can swish out from the bottom.

WHITE STABLE

I would very much like to find a fucking nice white shirt that doesn't cost the earth. Is that too much to ask? And by nice I mean not 1% of polyester is touching this baby and the cotton is soft and slightly see through and maybe has a stain and rip shield around it?
I want to have slouchy ones, stiff collared ones and perfectly fitted ones, oversized pockets, frills, no frills, shredded, I want to see it poking out over jumpers, long sleeves underneath dresses. I want one in my wardrobe sharpish.

STOLEN FROM THE BOYS

It looks like stolen items out of the boyfriend closet. The long pendant necklace brought in to make it less hard on top is perfect.

INSPIRATION

Fringe, fur, wide brims hats, over the knee socks, flares, skin tight knits, long skirts, dark sultry eyes and a naive yet alluring sexuality. That's what I'm feeling right now.
